    I was given 20 my first time (as per the link above) but the second time I joined I was told 15 despite being over 16 stone. I think it depends on the consultant tbh.

    I saw someone answered this question for you yesterday, but yes you can eat rice every day on plan and still lose weight. Personally I enjoy variety and do better when I mix things up a bit but if you're enjoying it, stick with it. It won't stop you losing weight.

    @Suseka it happens to us all but my biggest issue come from burying my head and then just going completely off plan and then coming back to it a year later with even more weight to lose. Just stick with it. Accept you will mess up at time, but a bad weekend or week or even month are not going...

    I don't think you can. Using the 20 cals per syn rule, the waffle would be a lot higher than 2.5 syns if it wasn't for the free food allowance (i.e. the potato, which then isn't free/allowed on an SP day). I'm sure you're still doing well but I don't think it would count as an SP meal.

    That's why sneaky weighing is a bad idea! Sure you might be down and just not know it yet, don't be too disheartened til you officially weigh in and see what the SW scales say. I'll have my fingers crossed for you.

    Fingers crossed for us all tomorrow. I feel like I really pigged out today but I am well within my syns, it's weird! I did buy weight watchers chocolate biscuits and ate 3 of them with a cup of coffee for 7.5 syns! Well worth it, was a lovely treat as I miss my biccies sometimes.

    Orla are they the big things you stand on? I've used them before, not sure how great they are but my friend said they're amazing for cellulite. I have the worst arms, I can't actually wear anything sleveless or even cap sleeve because they're so awful looking, they make me look bigger than I am...

    I wouldn't worry too much about your sneaky weigh in results... it normally takes 5 days or so to show any sort of a loss for me no matter what I am doing.

    Good luck! I had a big gain too so I know how you feel, trying to lose at least 10 pounds over the next 3 weigh ins, but hopefully 12 pounds!
