    Kettlenetics is a 4lb kettlebell that comes with 5 dvd workouts, you swing the ball and lift it up and down while doing the exercises. It's quite knackering lol but I did enjoy it Aches & pains are gone today but I'm doing it again tonight so they may well be back tomorrow lol
