Ok, I'm confused! Can't I just have milk as my 'a' choice and oat so simple original as my 'b' choice? If I can't just have the oats as my b choice what else do I need to eat to make I work?

Thank you, no don't have access to the group. I don't go to class I just follow the groups from home, I never know when I'm working so it's hard to go to class, I used to but still do everything the same without going to group. Do u still need the weekly password to access things like that? x

Woke up this morning with a totally different attitude to sw! Treated myself to cheese on toast and a skinny mocha - 4 syns. I'm also going running tonight and hopefully not going to have lots of craving like yesterday and be starving all day! I have cut out lots of carbs! I feel normal again...

The only thing what made me think it may be ketosis is I usually live off lots of bread, potatoes... Lots of carbs so I thought it maybe because I've cut down lots. Or maybe ur right it's in my head and I'm used to being greedy on rubbish food! x
