If you do a search (blue button towards top right that says "search this forum") you will also find loads of other threads on the subject. It's a good idea to try doing a search first as you can usually bet you are not the first person to want to know the answer.

Oooh dear, I remember these being quite high in syns :sigh:

They have no free food allowance and can not be used as a healthy extra, as pointed out above.

You can work out the syn value by diving the calories by 20 (there is 1 syn to every 20 calories), so..

"Fruit & fibre ones 54kcal each x4 per pack" - 54 / 20 = 2.7 (I would round this up to 3 syns each)

"Belvita yoghurt crunch 119kcal per biscuit x2 per pack." - 119 /20 = 5.95 (6 syns each) :eek:

I have always wondered that too, since i have a box sitting in the cupboard. I thought i better not touch them incase i have cheated on my diet and not known, lol
