    Exercise advice

    I have heard that exercising on cd slows down ur weight loss! im not too sure if its true, but apparently u loose inches but the weight comes off a lot slower, im too scared to do any!

    ooh..ive had a weird rash but with my deodorant...its like small purple blotches..didnt really take much notice..its been about 3 weeks and hasn't cleared up yet!

    How and why did you gain weight?

    Well I was 8 stones throughout my teens..never put on any pounds, never lost any..then in a year and a half i put on 4 stones! i didnt even realise..it just crept up on me somehow..and then popped down to doctors who diagnosed me with an underactive thyroid!! :(

    Its up to you really, some people may need more vitamins and minerals than others..and even if youve got too much in your body, ur body will get rid of them when u go to the toilet anyway! xx

    Hi I usually drink a herbal tea which i make up myself which has cloves, fennel seeds, cardamoms and cinnamon sticks and ginger..i just boil it up and drink it..is this ok to drink while on SS?? :confused:

    LL diet replacement wanted, what do you recommend?

    CD costs around 35-50 a week depending on ur height and sex..i would strongly recommend it...the shakes taste really good, and you have weekly weigh ins..ive been on it for about 2 weeks now, and im loving it!

    Yeah the same happened to me..my body adjusted in about a week..much better now, u will be fine dont worry but if it carries on for longer than a week make sure u let ur CDC know xx

    You can do this..Youve done it before..not long till summer just think you will give it all you have, its only for 3 months, thats 12 weeks or so, it will be over before you know it and you will have a great new body at the end of it, i find the only thing that keeps me going is the thought of...

    Hang in there u will be fine..dont skip shakes on the lower plans as it leads to all sorts of deficiencies..keep urself busy, i just tidy up the house to pass the time or pop on a face mask or sleep if i can!

    WATER INTOXICATION???

    Im really worried about this as ive been hearing a lot about it, I cant drink all day long as im at work and its not very practical as i need the toilet every 20 mins or so..work doesnt allow that many breaks! so i tend to drink a litre or so before i go..and then i try and drink around 3 litres...

    Well i lost just under half a stone in my first week...however my cdc said week 2 is usually ur body holding on to the water..it all starts picking up from week 3...hopefully week 3 will be much better! xx

    Ive tried the veg and the oriental chilli!! personally i find them absolutely disgusting :(( the oriental chilli has left a smell in the whole house..its awful, its on my fingers, in the blender and stuck to my favorite bowl!! :(

    Hi every1 hope ur all good..have no idea wt to write.. :o but ermm..i started last friday so ive been on the diet for about 4 days now and lost around 6lbs...i hope i get the hang of this as i go along!!
