Anyone know the syn value? It's got a little bag of parma cheese, a little bag of croutons and a little bit of ceasar dressing. I know I can use the Parma cheese as a healthy extra, but not sure how many syns for the whole lot, anyone? Thanku

I dong choose a certain day lol, sounds weird but I've always mixed my days together. I wouldn't choose a certain day now because I'm doin really well - 7 stone in 8 months. Hard to tell on the potato now really lol

There just potatoes cooked in a tray of oil? I always have at least 4 potatoes with my roast on a Sunday and I always get a lose on the Monday at wi but ive never known exactly how many syns per potato
