Start of day 3 feeling ok ,according to my ketostix iam into ketosis so thats good,its 10.45am havent had a shake yet as not really hungry,i really hope this is the start of it being easier.x:D

Well woke up with a banging headache,is that good? does it mean ketosis is on its way? i hope so.3 yrs ago when i did cambridge it took 5 days to get into ketosis(i swear i nearly commited murder a couple of times)this time iam drinking more water so wish me luck.x:D

So okay day 1 nearly over,been hard as ive been at home all day with my youngest son,ive drank 3 ltrs water had two shakes and a bl bar, tried the exante ones (horrible).Iam going to bed early tonight hahaha.Cant wait for ketosis to kick in as im sooooo hungry.Roll on day 2.x:wave_cry:

So day 1 has arrived,exante packs arrived yesterday,woke up at 8am tummy rumbling(nothing new there then)have already drunk almost 1 1/2 litres of water and am trying the choco shake,,mmmm not sure,was on cd 3 yrs ago and ther shakes nicer? could i add a sweetner to it?
