    You could do a filling an healthy day? Eggs, beans, bacon and the usual veg will all be 0pp then. And a coffee/tea with skimmed milk will be. Your also aloud 2tsp of certain oils a day on filling and healthy. May be an idea.

    Vodka Single 25ml is 2pp. Bottle of wine around 20 depending in what you have. Those are my usual options. Although I've had to cut it out for a few weeks as im a bad hangover eater no matter how much I plan lol.

    I use mine all at weekend. Lost 5.5lb in first week. 1.5lb then 1lb last week. It would work out at 3.5lb a week if you wanted to lose a stone. Im not sure if not using weeklys speeds up loss or not. Anyone tried this??

    I think it al depends on how much muscle etc. Do you look really skinny? Your at a good weight for your height I think. The lowest ww joining weight is 8.13 for your height. It's all about where your comfortable and what you can maintain.

    You dont have far to go! :-) try and stick at it and not worry too much. Exercise will really help. But with weight loss is 70-80% diet :-) focus on the goal and don't take your eyes off it. Wish you all the best xx

    Hi I did dukan this year and lost 12lb. I went straight to slimming world. I didnt gain. Have fluctuated due to bad off track weekends but when I stick to it I lose well. I would recommend you start on original days if you slimming world as they're lower carb.
