not had proper meals today so just gunna list what i had in the order i had it, also gettin v.drunk off vodka and diet drinks but dont count that as syns :)

full garlic bread supreme from take away (lots of syns but guess i can count some of the cheese as HEA)

Total syns = 3.5 + whatever a full garlic bread supreme is.. i suspect in the 50's but o well since id hardly eaten anything else today i dont think it will effect too much

I am pre-planning my meals for over the jubilee weekend and the rest of this week as without work i fear i may go abit off the rails, i may change these meal plans slightly but knowing what im going to have each day will help me stay on track rather than grazing and adding up the syns later

Just bored at work having a look on Great Little ideas website and theres lots of great ideas on there that can be made sw friendly, I recommend everyone to have a look :)

This may all be scrapped as the bf usually drags me straight out of work to a house party on fridays and he has already hinted at the possibility, so probably just Alcohol for today but we'll see. Infact i'm slightly worried the whole weekend may become one big party but i will try persuade bf we need to go home inbetween at least. Lol

Just popping in to say hi, those egg muffin things you had the other day look lovely, am going to have them at the weekend. Im the same going to plan my weekend so I dont slip up (I have the whole week off so could do some serious damage) well done on your weightloss you have done so well and look amazing x
