Yesterday was WI so i had
Breakfast
2 Banannas
Muller light
Lunch
Eggs x3,bacon mushrooms,beans
Dinner
Spag bol with lots of peas,onions,and green beans lots of spices.
2 plums,bananna
5 coffees and flavoured water, the asda zero cal ones :)
Dreading tonight as we are all off to the pub :eek: i haven't told my mates about SW plan and they know i like a few drinks omg :break_diet:I haven't had any syns on this week so may use them all up, but counting when tipsy is not good :flirt2:

How annoying, hope it gets sorted. I went to my GP a year ago bmi was 35 and i have knee problems, 2 operations and my health authority refused me what a blow so joined sw again :flirt2:

I started back at sw over a week ago and only been doing EE and it's very good. I was ill on thursday for WI and phoned consultant who was fab. I did get on my scales and looks like 4lb has gone but her scales next week may say different. I was naughty one night and had 4 pints of stella...
I think some weeks it goes like that and then the next week you could lose more, it's a horrible feeling when you have done everything right - good luck for next week :)

Wish you good luck with the smoking, that's my next tackle, been told to stop and lose weight but can;t do everything at once, but i will try in a few months :)

I watched it and was glued, very interesting but don't think i could ever go ahead with it if i was very ill. Lots of my friends watched it too and some had different views.
Thanks for your replies, will start a food diary as still a little confused with the EE plan had tinned spaghetti with eggs and bacon and think that was wrong :flirt2:
