Hey all I will be starting my wednesday weigh in next week :) I am back after a year when it all went downhill after my 21st =/ Hoping to stick to it this time :D Just going to take it nice and slow!
okay so I'm back after 3-4 weeks and I had 5pound on :) this week I lost 1 and half pound so I'm getting back on track :D I'm now 14st1/2lb so hopefully I'll do good enough to be back in the 13st group :)

Got weighed in on Weds, I lost 5pound so that puts me at 14st 1lb :D Hopefully I'll be moving to the 13-12 group next week :D congrats to everyone doing well :) x
Yeah I went up to a size 4 and a half and now find it impossible to find stilletoes to fit me so I have to stick to buying boots/ ankle boots in size 5 :(
so i tried this recipe and didn't like it much myself, and some of the comments I got were rather rude =/ Even though I didn't like it I didn't think they were the worst either :)

Okay so haven't got a pic up yet as my laptop broke, (using a friends atm) anyway, I tried it with chicken stock cube and it tasted fine and the colour was more curry like :) I also had it with healthy chips and thought it went well :)
yes I didn't use that many however when I made it a second time i used the syns for the oil as I had no fry light at the time and it did work better So I would suggest using the extra virgin olive oil :D that would make it 9syns between 3 people or 3syns each :) I have a pic but can't put it up...
I think it's delicious!! It looks bad but is scrumptious :) It does help my weight loss when I eat it twice a day :) and I also end up using the toilet :p I sometimes put some soy sauce or chilli powder or other spices :)
Thanks :) So a quick question, does anyone know where I can buy quorn sausages? I bought them once in tesco but they haven't been in again since I last bought them =/ I live in co.louth :) I buy them in Iceland sometimes however I don't be in Newry that often :) thanks for any help in advance :D
Went to class 2nite and it was fantastic, I didn't loose the 3pound I wanted to. I only lost .5lb. But they all clapped for me and gave me the confidence to do everything I can to loose 2.5lb for next week :)

Okay so I haven't been able to find a Chinese style curry. I got this recipe Online and changed it to suit Slimming World :)
Chinese Curry: Serves 3
500ml of beef stock (I used 2 cubes)
1 1/4 tsps Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp of ginger
2tbs Plain flour (7 syns)
Salt (to taste)

I go to class as I find it easier to stay focused when I have people to talk to every week about how I'm doing, and if you do bad the encourage you to lose the weight the next week and you leave feeling good even with a weight gain :D
Never mind your "friends" as long as you're happy that's all that counts :) If anything you might give them the courage to start a diet themselves.
Don't let them get you down, at the end of the day they shouldn't be putting there worries about themselves on you :)

So went to the cinema today and had a small popcorn (didn't finish it) and a medium coke =/ should of went diet :) ah well I'll face the scales like a WOMAN and take what comes to me :)
Do you think it'd still be okay if I cut the recipe so I only used 2 weetabix (HEB) x3 heaped tsp of highlights (6syns) 100ml boiling water, 1 egg and 2tblsp of sweetner ?
As a sufferer of depression myself I know how though it can be with comforting myself with food that's how I put on my weight that I now want/need to lose :) As long as you keep confident and motivated you'll be there in no time :)
Well today I heated up some super speed soup and added some cut up slimmers sausages and 2 pieces of bacon. this was brunch as I was cleaning the house and forgot to eat breakfast. It was 6syns as I used 4 sausages :)

Well Dinners have been, Healthy chips with 1.5syn sausages, bacon and beans. Chicken Curry, Chicken tikka, Beef Vindaloo, Chicken/beef Stir Fry's with noodles, and roast chicken veg and potatoes.
Lunches have been super speed soup and sandwiches.
So i'm doing alright so far on the diet but I'm running out of ideas for my lunches and dinners :sigh: I've been Using The extra easy cook book and the curry book too and I'm starting to get fed up with the same meals every week. Any Ideas? :D
HONK!!! I'm so happy with today even though I used 11syns today it was only on proper foods and not sweets so it turned out to be my best day this week :D
I'm the same when it comes to STS :sigh: I feel if i gain weight I push myself harder to loose it but if I STS I feel crap *excuse my language* and tend to fly of the diet for a day or two :sigh: I'm just trying to get that out of my system and it should be full steam ahead :)
I love peanut butter!! :) I got the syns wrong at the start and didn't realize for ages that was what was putting me off track, I used to eat it on my scan bran.

I got weighed 2weeks ago on a weds and only lost half a pound which pushed me to be "good". However, on my 3rd day I ate a sub from subway and then the next I had a Chinese, and the day after that I was drinking and had some chippie chips along with crisps and chocolate so I was really bold and...
My mam has the same problem and has tried everything except from eating only wholegrain pasta/rice so that might help :) For me I made the slimming world chicken curry and that worked an hour later, I wasn't planning it though lol
Yeah I really want to know this too so at the minute I'm assuming it's 11 and a half syns, however, I think it might be more as it tastes a lot nicer than Indian curry lol :D
I know exactly how you feel I lost 1 stone 9 pound and was delighted with myself, only thing is on a high I started a gym and thought I didn't have to be as strict with the eating, boy was I wrong! I put all the weight back on and only in four months!! :eek:
