    Picked up a 5kg bell today ready for when my DVDs arrive!! Ordered them yesterday so hopefully by the weekend!! Sorry if this has been asked before, but when I do the 20 min sessions, does anyone know how many weight watchers activity points I will earn? :) X

    I did my WI on Friday, lost 1/2 a lb... Better than sts or gaining 1/2 a lb hey :) I've sts for last 2 weeks, maybe things will get moving again now!!

    Well, I had a little practice with my (lame) 2.5kg bell on the you tube clips... Loved it! I think my technique will take a little time and hope I got the basics right, now just for payday and a 4kg bell and kettleworx dvds :) Excited!
