Hi there!

Im a little bit confused. I usually eat my daily pp allowance and rarely use any weeklies. I never let myself go hungry but my weightloss has slowed and have sts for the last few weeks. Im exercising too, an hour 4 out of 7 days a week.

Ive read a bit on other threads about people not eating enough and to sometimes eat the weekly allowance?

Also have seen people advise to kick start metabolism again?

Ive realised ive got to mix up what I eat more so I have stopped soups and salads and trying to eat more varied and filling foods :) but please could someone explain the above to me, especially kick starting metabolism :) i think mine needs a swift kick in the bum!

If you are exercising you probably need to eat your weeklies... don't forget your body still needs fuel to keep going, if you restrict it while exercising it think its being starved and holds onto all its fat stores xx

(yes it does sound madddd but honestly, it works, from someone who did 4 spin classes in a week, ate perfectly and put on a freakin half pound, grr :p)
