    Thyroid problems

    Hi. I've had an under-active thyroid for the last 15 years. I've been known to lose 4lbs on one occasion. Usually it's 1 or 2lbs. As long as it's coming off it doesn't matter how long it takes. As Janet said, as long as you are on the correct medication it nay take time but keep going.

    If you follow the plan you should not feel hungry. You need to eat until you are satisfied remembering if you're following EE to fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree food. Drink plenty of water too as we often feel like we're hungry when in fact it's thirst.
