    Yes, I know its a ridiculous number of syns. Normally I would have options but I was out and had already had a coffee which was hideous and did not fancy a cold drink. I had the syns available though so I don't mind - its not a regular thing. Thanks for your help. Sara xx

    Hi - like everyone else, I have never heard this before in all my times at SW. I very rarely use mine in a meal as being a veggie I don't tend to need them. I generally use them as snacks and have never had any problems doing this.

    Rice Pudding..

    I've always been a bit confused about rice pudding as my old SWC insisted that even if you used a HE for the milk and used rice and sweetener that rice pudding would still not be syn free. I'm sure she must be wrong but I've never made any as she got me worried.
