    I find porridge really filling, I tend to have oats so simple original, bulked out with bananas to give me some energy to get going. How about swapping bread for ryvita with ham on? You can have 2 ryvita for 1pp! So would save you a lot of points

    My resting HR is 48bpm, and I've been told there is nothing wrong with it! 43 is low but as you have been working out so much your heart is probably just getting stronger, I wouldn't worry about it unless your blood pressure drops.. let us know what the doctor says :) I'm sure you're fine!
