I don't think it matters, providing it isn't every day. Once a week perhaps, eggs are free on Xtra easy and if you like your eggs try duck eggs. They're bigger and creamier, chances are you'll only need 2 of them. :)

I know that feeling. I still have easter chocs (Amazing for me lol) but the danger there is the binge. Bag of minstrels, followed by galaxy caramel, followed by malteser bunny, I have little or no willl power. They cry eat me and I obey :cry:

This is just one of the functions that the fitbit does.

It's very easy to use. You ware the fitbit both day & night (wrist band comes with it) the docking station is plugged into the computer/laptop & the data is transmitted to the d/station by wireless. It's great fun.

HI, This is my 2nd time at slimming world. May I ask what you're finding difficult with the plan? Have you tried the extra easy plan? I'm doing that at the moment & I'm finding it a lot easier than the red & green. If it's a craving, you could follow the flexible syns. Stick with it, you'll be fine.

I shouldn't have lost any lol. I had a chicken shish on friday, butterscotch delight & a 3rd of vienetta on sunday. But having said that I've eaten so much fruit I think I'm going to turn into a grape :-/

How much frylight do you use? The destruction manual says 1 spoon of oil for raw chips. It won't damage the actifry if I don't use the right amount of oil will it?

Hi hun, you get 10 to 15 a day LOL, don't panic. As they say, tomorrow is a new day, just follow the plan religiously until Wednesday, keep doing your exercise, be positive, and if you do have a weight gain you start anew from Thursday. You're going to be just fine. ;-)

Hi, You didn't mention if you had any dislikes, but my favourite is porridge oats (35g) & 375ml of Skimmed milk which counts as your healthy A choice. Then I add 20g of Tate & Lyles Golden Syrup (2 & 1/2 syns) This is very filling & also helps if you have a sweet tooth.
