Hi could you please look at my diary so far and tell me hat you think. Thanks in advance (i'm on EE)
Thursday
B: weetabix x2 (skimmed milk from allowance)
L: 3 bacon beans egg banana and pear
D: chicken egg fried rice mushroom onions carrots banana pear mullerlight yoghurt
S: crunchie

Friday
B: weetabix x 2 (skimmed milk from allowance
L: Jacket potato beans ham banana pear mullerlight yoghurt
D: egg chips (sw) steamed veg pear apple mullerlight yoghurt
S: crunchie

Saturday
B: oatsosimple syrup sachet and banana (skimmed milk from allowance)
L: Jacket potato beans ham pear banana grapes mullerlight yoghurt
D: Gammon egg (sw) chips beans banana grapes apple mullerlight yoghurt
S: malteaster bunny and fudge

Sunday
B: Shredded wheat bitesize (skimmed milk from allowance) banana
L: chicken carrots sprouts (sw) roast potatoes gravy fruit salad and mullerlight yoghurt
D: stirfry chicken banana pear mullerlight yoghurt
S: fudge and a little bit of cadbury bubbly

Monday
Weetabix x2 (milk from allowance
mushroom and onion omlette tomatoes and cucmber
frut salad and mullerlight yoghurt
sw curry swchips rice tomatoes and cucumber
mullerlight yoghurt
Fudge 5.5
Bubbly (a little) cadbury 3

All mullerlights are either american cheesecake or lemnon cheesecake all fats cut off meat

Am i doing ok

Will i lose this week 1

I can't see anything too bad, just be careful with fried rice. I'm not sure if you have access to the sw website so I took this off for you:

Fried rice, 100g cooked 1½
Egg fried rice, 100g cooked 2
Chinese Restaurant, Rice, fried, average portion, 300g serving 4
Chinese Restaurant, Special Fried Rice with Chicken, Pork & Prawns, average portion, 310g serving 9½

and the oat so simple:

Oats So Simple, Original, dried, 27g sachet 5
Oats So Simple, Raspberry, dried, 35g sachet 6½
Oats So Simple, Golden Syrup, dried, 36g sachet 6½
Oats So Simple, Honey & Almond, dried, 33g sachet 6
Oats So Simple, Sweet Cinnamon, dried, 33g sachet 6
Oats So Simple, Winter Pudding, dried, 34g sachet 6½
Oats So Simple, Apple & Blueberry, dried, 36g sachet 6½
Oats So Simple, Original, made up as directed, 50g pot 9½


Sweets, basic, Fudge, 1 square 2½

Dairy Milk Bubbly Bar, 181g bar, 5 chunks 6


The syns calculator worked the malteser bunny out as 8 syns

we have between 5 & 15 syns per day so what I see so far isn't too bad at all.

I thought the bunny was 3 syns OMG:eek: Glad i only had 1 (was gonna have 3) cadbury fudge i thought was 5.5 and the oatsosimple i thought was my THINGY
I don't go to the class ( i can't afford it at the moment ) i just rely on this forum:eek::eek:
So any help would be appreciated
