    Is anyone else a SERIAL weigher?

    I gain a good 3 or 4 pounds during the course of a day, so I only weigh in the mornings as I know an evening weight is literally the weight of the food and liquid in my stomach, which can be so variable! One does have to wonder where it all goes overnight though! :confused:

    I'm a little confused - waiting for my order at the moment so not started yet but had been planning just 3 packs and a multi-vit. It even highlights Completely Food Free in the sales blurb. Where does the protein come in to it? Help!

    Please help.. (samples)

    I'm expecting my sample pack through today, but had noticed that it's a random 25 items from the full selection. Bit annoying that I've no idea if I'm going to get what I want or not but worth a try anyway. If there's anything missing I really want to try I can buy the individual sample.

    Hello! Well I've been bouncing round the diets recently, torturing myself on a VLCD, going overboard on WW and now finally back to Diet Chef. I tried it a while back and had decent losses and decided I could 'go it alone'. Didn't work out too well :o So here I am and all the more determined...

    Although you don't go into ketosis the diet chef food do actually taste good and people still get comparable results on it.

    It may not have citric acid, but considering the ingredients are water, sugar, colour, phosphoric acid, and flavourings it's a big no-no. 150 Kcal / 37g carb a can.

    I'm another restarter, I just find it so hard to get beyond the first day! It's about lunchtime I start to get hungry and think 'ah well, I'll do it another day - I'm not giving up I'm just rescheduling!" What rubbish I tell myself eh?

    Total Solution day 2 and felt so poorly i broke it!

    I'm on day one for the umpteenth time and feeling low. Headache already and the people in the office have done nothing but talk about food all morning! :cry:

    Packed lunches

    Does anyone have any ideas for lunches? I'm an office worker and find it so frustrating that most menus on diets seem to presume you have access to a kitchen during the day. What do other people pack up to take to work? Tuna salad is about as exciting as I get :(
