    Using syns in week one....is it frowned upon?

    I've been using my syns sparingly and sometimes not so sparingly this week (mostly today tbh, 14.5 syns used :sigh:) since I joined. Is this okay to be doing this? My consultant said to stick to EE which I've done religiously but I'm afraid using the syns may affect my weight loss this week...

    I got my monthlies today so I just feel terrible. I bought a Freddo, a packet of Special K crisps and a can of sugar free Relentless. I also had two Linda MacCartney sausages this morning so I've used 14.5. I feel so guilty but in saying that I haven't want over the allowance either.

    I just cut down on carbs and exercised alot but I have now reached a plateau and have had alot of stuff going on in my life. So I think it's time to try something like SW. I feel I'd benefit more in the long run.
