    Thanks Lydia - I'm going to try 2 first. If I try doing kickstart I won't cope at the gym. I tend to burn about fifteen points on top of the 21 points allowed. I don't use the extra points to begin with. I would rather try eating a bit more first, however if that doesn't work then I'll go for 1.

    Personally going by the last post, I would not find the time to do five days of intense exercise a week. I consider 3/4 enough, however for my four, I usually do 1 hour and twenty minutes. It's all I can manage timewise.

    Why Mullerlight?

    I much prefer the Yeo Valley virtually fat free. Much tastier than than Mullerlights though I am quite happy to have a Muller light if I can't get hold of the Yeo Valley. Only Sainsbury seem to do the virtually fat free ones round our end.

    How healthy is this dish?

    My 'naughty' food is a chicken kebab - pitta bread, salad and the chicken but without the calorific sauces. I use lemon juice instead. I can easily point this on WW. If I want to be even healthier I get a salad pitta - just the pitta bread with salad and I love it with tuna. Mmmmmm!:p

    I do three classes a week - step, spinning and studio strength (a combination of body combat, spinning and free weights) plus a general gym session. I do 30 mins cross trainer, 10 mins climber, 10 mins rowing machine and 10 mins on a machine called Wave (a bit like a bilateral thightrainer).

    In future as far as Weightwatchers is concerned, as well as the Points Plan there is also the Core Plan. You don't count points but eat a low fat healthy diet, made up mainly unprocessed foods, but the point is it works on the principle of "If you are hungry then eat something."
