    Know how you feel. I was doing well and then it just seemed to go downhill for a couple of weeks. Going to my boyfriend's house ruins the diet because I have to eat what he eats due to him living with his nan. Can't exactly go and cook my own stuff and refuse to eat his nan or grandads cooking...

    DOING SW FROM HOME???

    yey, week 2 in to SW at home and I lost another 3lb this week. Did have a couple of days deviation due to being at my OH's nans but I still made sure I tried to limit what I ate and also said no to the many offerings of chocolate etc.

    I've recently heard about these Chia seeds and one of the benefits is meant to aid weight loss, as it keeps you fuller for longer. It's also high in fibre and Omega 3 (containing more omega 3 than salmon). Apparently you can make it taste like whatever you want by adding it to porridge...

    So far today I've had some magic 'pancake' muffins and they have filled me right up. Free so no syns yet today. Had a dash of milk in my tea which I am using as HEA.

    Back to square one :(

    I started doing it at home a week ago and just about getting in to the swing of it. Was gutted to have not lost anything this week but I know where I need to put things right to start back on 100% tomorrow. Hoping this forum will help keep the motivation up! Good Luck!
