Thought I would start a food diary on here to keep me on track....
Today was a green day for me so I had:
Breakfast - Muller light yog
Lunch - Omelette with mushroom, pepper and onion and 2 laughing cow light on top (HEA)
Snack - Milky bar 3.5 syns and muller light
Dinner - Butternut squash gratin with lean pork chop
Snack - bowl of fruit
Didn't do well on my healthy extras today...will do better tomorrow as have planned a little more.
