Try weighing out your free foods, thats what i did as i got closer to target, still ate loads of super free but weighed free foods according to green and red days and i followed EE all the way through to.

Yeah i do feel like a new person, ive actually lost 15st total as i lost some before joining slimming world. My life has changed so much over the last year and a bit and even more just recently, as i have met the most amazing Woman and she has just completed my life. Im so happy now everything...

Started from nothing and did 5 mins a day, 7 days a week and built up from there. I hate when people say they cant train everyday, if you only do 5 mins your still training and everyone can spare 5 mins a day.

I would suggest having fat free greek yogurt and use cinnamon, nutmeg or similar spice to flavour it and add fruit to sweeten. I think theres loads of sugar in one Muller light and having 3 will make it about 45g of sugar.

I disagree about cutting down your exercise i can train 7 days a week no problem. It depends what you are doing and how hard you are pushing yourself. I train hard 6 days a week then have one day of riding the exercise bike steady or go for a walk. You should drink plenty of water while you are...
I do exercise bike, x-trainer, running, walking, weight training, circuits, Insanity workouts, Les Mills Combat workouts. I am willing to try anything exercise wise, i love it. Just keep mixing things up thats the secret.

Started on Jan 1st 2012 completed my journey Nov 20th 2012 so i did it in a short space of time. Ive never been so determined to do something my whole life, i was so focused mentally and i think that made all the difference.
No multi vitamins dont have syns so far as i know. I take a multi vitamin, vit c, vit d, vit b complex, magnesium and zinc, glucosimine sulphate, odourless garlic and omega 3. i dont even syn the omega 3 one to be honest i never knew about that and ive taken them all the way through my weightloss.
I always put a bag of frozen sliced peppers, fine green beans, onion and mushrooms in my chilli.
Someone said in group last night that they mash all there veg in with there potatoes so that could be worth a try.

Maybe try going to an evening group? we have a couple of kids in our evening group sometimes and they are well behaved. I have been to morning group and theres a few more kids which can be a bit off putting if you are trying to listen but thats how it is i suppose.
Your not forced to slow your losses down, it never really affected my losses at all i was still pulling big numbers right up to my target. It is harder for women to lose and yes will be a struggle on your star week! but you have done amazing so far so keep up with the exercise as it gets...
I dont drink squash anymore and havent for months, i actually prefer filtered water cold from the fridge. You could try having a slice of lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit in to flavour it.

Have you had the go ahead from your doctor to exercise? i would do that first before you think of doing anything.
One of things i started out on was a mini exercise bike (yo can get them from argos) what you sit on any chair and use. I would start out with 5 mins a day then increase from there.
Probably weight lifting/ body building is the one for me. Ive stuck rigid to it for a year now and i can see a massive difference. Fair enough ive got loose skin but i can actually feel a 6 pack underneath which is crazy for me and arms look pretty decent and dont show big signs of loose skin...
You can have 2 slices of a 400g loaf or one of 800g. But i would weigh the bread as you can have 60g and some times that can be 2 slices of 800g depends how thick its cut. If its slighty over just syn the rest.

Im having basmati rice, mushrooms, onion, brocolli with swartz bbq spice mix cooked in the rice cooker and a tin of tuna mixed in and half a tub of cottage cheese mixed in to.
I had 110g bran flakes (yes 110g haha) a tsp cinnamon, banana and 250ml semi skimmed milk. I am maintaining so need extra food and that was the last of the bran flakes back on the porridge tomorrow.
14st 11.4lbs this morning. I did eat a hell of a lot yesterday and more sugary things pineapple, muller lights, baked beans, clementines, bananas etc etc lol i dont normally do that i hardly have fruit and dont normally have mullers but i was well down again yesterday 14st 7lbs so drastic...
I weighed 14st 6.4lbs this morning, i think thats the lowest ive ever been and its not a good thing 4lbs lower than yesterday :( had a bad day yesterday (upset) and couldnt eat so ive eaten loads today to make up for it hopefully its all or some of it back on tomorrow morning.
I do bike, x-trainer, weight lifting, insanity workouts, les mills combat workouts. I really want to start doing some running though and do it properly but i need some new trainers :( hopefully i get enough money for my birthday Saturday to go towards a pair.
