    I lost 2 stone in just over a month and now hover around 9.7st. It was easy to loose...harder to maintain. The diet was the best thing I've found, saved me really. X

    Im finding it hard to get to my original goal weight because im closing in on it! So tempted to move my original goal to a higher weight just because im desperate to start judding! Did anyone else feel like this? I know its prob not a good sign....its the old me slipping back :(

    Completely agree. If you've been 100% then it will pay off. I've also weighed a few days before official weigh in and the scales havnt budged then come weigh day I've lost lbs! Also at the beginning i had a week where i only lost a lb then the week after it speeded up. I find TOTM really slows...

    Didn't weigh last Friday as was working a lonngggg day and couldn't get to scales! Came off plan for Sat and Sunday so u could go out and drink(first time in 6 weeks of being 100%)so we will see what the damage is this Friday. Back on plan but gonna take 4 hard days to get into ketosis.

    So i ate carbs Friday night and all day Saturday. Went out Saturday night and drank as much as i would off the diet and was fine. Ate carbs Sunday and now back on the diet. Gonna be hard getting back in ketosis but worth coming out of it for the night out!

    youve done amazing so far! why not keep to low carb if your craving normal-er food? maybe that way you could have variety and possibly stay in ketosis? you sound like me tho, missing normal food and looking forward to eating food similar to before..but i know if i keep thinking like this ill get...

    Ive read alot about hair shedding once you've stopped the diet or once on breaks. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and if so to what extent? A few months after having my little girl i lost a lot of hair and im dreading this happening once ive completed this diet.
