First day of slimming world (green day):
Morning:
Apple & banana
Bowl of rice, minimal tomato puree and mushrooms
Lunch:
Bowl of rice, minimal tomato puree and mushrooms
Apple & Orange
Snacks:
2 Ryvita original and 2 low fat red cow triangles
Piece of celery and salt.
Dinner:
Oven cooked potatoes and sweet potatoes, mushy peas and 2 quorn sausages
An orange.
Syns:
Nutrigrain bar (apple) - 6 syns
2 quorn sausages 1/2 to 1 syns each
Comments:
Not so bad, bit of a culture shock with the lack of sugar and slightly headachey, will drink some water as will probably help.
