Well done for passing the test Tanya, and glad to see you are enjoying it.

You dont have to pop the spots beforehand, just dab the perfume straight on.

I'm going to sort of disagree with Mary about the spots ... if they have a 'head' that needs to be got rid of I would 'pop' them before putting the perfume on .... be warned they'll sting like h*ll if you do but that's what I'd do .... not saying which way is right - just mho ;) xx
 
Hmm ok. Well i'll pop them tomorrow (sorry if tmi!) and try the perfume thing. They are really getting me down - the ones by my lip have come up really big again.

Wine will make everything better ... :rolleyes::party0036:infact, i might forget the glass and grab a straw! :rotflmao:
 
Just throwing my two cents in here Tanya...I wouldn't try popping the spots on your lips at all, I think that would make them spread even with the perfume/vinegar x
 
Theyre not on my lip exactly but they are just below to the left .... shall i still pop them or not as they are white heads?!

Guys, pure fail. I have had an extra glass of wine (large i might add) and 1 chocolate digestive & a slither of cheddar cheese :doh:
 
Nah Mary i've used all my daily points (unless the nut roast isnt actually 9points!) and all my slush fund :( Feel a little guilty but as Jan told me - wine is grapes, grapes are fruit which are 0pp!! :giggle:

Woke up and had a sneaky weigh in. Don't think it will change much before tomorrow but we shall see!

Monday 29th November

stirfry vegetables 0pp

Slush fund = all gone.

L- Baked chicken breast 6pp
Stir fry veggies 0pp
Bbq sauce 1pp
100g cooked wholewheat pasta 4pp

D- i’m thinking something naughty got 11points & its weigh in day!

*apple 0pp

Total = 18pp


Wednesday 1st December (2mile run)

B- 50g muesli with 125ml s.s milk 7pp

*banana after run 0pp

L- grilled pork loin 5pp
Cauliflower, broccoli, carrot & swede mash 0pp
150g baby boiled pots 3pp
Ww carrot cake slice 2pp

D- 2 slices wm bread 6pp
70g tuna drained 2pp
Lettuce & cucumber 0pp
1tbsp elf mayo 1pp

*apple 0pp

Total = 26pp

Thursday 2nd December

B- 1 poached egg 2pp

*9 points spare, maybe a few biccies with a hot chocolate this night as I will probably be off work.

Saturday 4th December

L- 2 slices wm bread 6pp
70g tuna drained 2pp
1tbsp mayo 1pp
Salad 0pp
Ww carrot cake slice 2pp

D- out for dinner with my friend I believe so I’ve got 11 points spare and my slush fund will update points when I know where we’re going so I can work them out.

Sunday 5th December

B- 50g muesli with 125ml s.s milk 7pp

L- 70g tuna drained 2pp
Salad 0pp

D- meeting Jan!!!!!!!!!!!!! Again will update when I know.

Your menus look fab. They look very wholesome and healthy. Do you find this plan much more satisfying than anything you have tried for a while? It really seems to suit you well. Have a great week.

Yeah I love it. I don't feel hungry & my snacking has become alot better :)
 
Weigh in today and lost 1.5lbs - seem's like waiting another day did make a difference, 1/2 a lb difference! :)

Not looking forward to my run - its so bloody cold :( Im tempted to run with a hoody on!
