Yesterdays weigh in I lost 4lbs and measurment wise overall lost 4 inches (I calculated wrong yesterday in my excitement at losing 4lbs and thought it was 2inches but just looked again to write it in here and I see its 4inches!!!! :D)

Measurements 29th March (in brackets, the measurements two weeks ago)

Bust- 36 (36.5)
Waist - 35 (36.5)
Hips - 43 (44.5)
Arm - 14 (13.5)
Thigh - 23 (23.5)
Calf - 16 (16.5)

Thanks ladies. I hope it continues. I have persuaded Stevie to not go to an Indian restaurant on sunday but instead go to nandos where I can be in control of the calories ;) :giggle:

I've still got a long way to go but I'm really enjoying all my phys and really enjoying my food at the moment too. It's nice to finally begin to see the results on the scales!

Yesterday was mine and stevies 8year anniversary so we went for a few drinks on the barbican and ended up sharing chips, curry sauce & a small battered sausage. Was lovely :)

In the morning though I went for a run over saltram again and again ran the whole hill without stopping. Then went to body pump. Had my prefered instructor back which was good. He told me he sees me all the time running on the embankment now - I thought to myself I hope he sees me running and not having a cheeky little walking break! :giggle:

Ahhh thanks Jan! :) My aim is to get two PB's in my half marathons this year so hopefully I can do it!
Plymouth half released the new route today. Not sure if i'm keen on it but nothing I can do about it! haha

Congrats on your anniversary Tanya. Bet you'll smash your PBs too, no doubts. My 10 year wedding anniversary on friday too. Don't know where that time's gone!!
 
Tanya just wanted to tell you that I had a dream about you last night lol - you were teaching me how to run and you took me to get running shoes/trainers fitted on a beach! Very strange :) it must be in my subconscious after reading about all your exercising that I need to get to the gym lol x

LOL!!!! Very strange. Though very me - everyone who asks me now about running I tell them to go get trainers properly fitted & gait analysis done. My friend who came with me on sunday was telling me her toenails are black (sorry if tmi) and I told her I had the exact same and she needs bigger trainers. Are you getting back to the gym soon? I really dont know how you manage the gym - i hate it lol

Today was long run day and after last weeks failed attempt at 9miles and only managing 8.66 I was determined to get to 9 today. Goal achieved. I managed a mile long stupid steep hill too. I walked/ran it but got up it. Gained back some time coming back down it and tried to pick up the pace on the final 3miles home.

Today I had such a rubbish sleep. My grandma phoned me at 10am and dad was banging around in the bathroom taking all the tiles off so it was a very broken 5.5hours :( needless to say I woke up not wanting to even think about getting out for a run but I did.

I set out with the mind frame of wanting a new 1mile PB and I got it.
Previous was 09:55 todays 1mile was 09:32 :D Super happy.
I'm also super gutted! I forgot to press the lap button on my garmin at the 3mile mark :mad: That would have been a PB also!!! :mad: :mad: :mad: balls, balls, balls!! :mad: (my 3mile PB is 32:07 and todays run was 3.13miles in 32:51 ... no doubt there was a PB there! :()

Cut the run short though. Today was supposed to be a 4.5miler but ended up being just 3.13.
Missing pump too tonight as I have a shift as its bank holiday and all hands needed on deck :)
