I wish I knew why the lbs arent dropping off either! I've cut the alcohol so we'll see what next weeks weigh in comes up with.

I am very proud Sarah, just wish I could get these 14lbs off! :(

Today was a good day. Went to spin class. I felt sick half way through - either from the room being hot or working very hard. It was tough going on my knee so i'm dosing up on brufen as i've got that 'inflamed' feeling again. Rest day tomorrow :)

Worked out earlier I actually dont ever get a day off unless I don't work a Saturday or have annual leave from my job..... monday; phys & work. Tuesday; work. Wednesday; phys & work. Thursday; work. Friday; phys & work. Saturday; work. Sunday; phys. I need a holiday! ;) :p

Oh forgot to mention; our bathroom is being done which means new flooring which might affect the scales!!!! I hope it bloody doesn't. Stupid init worrying about how flooring is going to affect it lol

I won't be able to get it on the 'exact' spot! :(

But it could be better!!!! :D xxx

ha! That'd be nice Jan!

Went on a bit of an online shopping spree today. Bought 6tops, 1 pair of shorts & a water belt .... all for running! I just hope it all fits ok. It's all ladies phys clothing and theyre shaped which can be annoying as the tops have a tendancy to rise up when running as theyre 'fitted' iykwim. All girly colours too, pinks, purples & baby blues. Hopefully no more looking like a tomboy runner! :giggle:

Well you never know - change isn't always bad :)

Can't imagine how you could look like a tomboy whatever you were wearing! However I totally approve of you buying stuff for yourself - not because I bought myself a pair of leather fit flops online last night ..... honest! ;) xx

Yayy to all the pretty new tops. It's nice to get them as you spend so much time running/exercising now.
Just a thought on the static weight. With all that exercise are your cals a little low? Or has your body gotten used to reduced intake? Might be worth upping cals for a week or two but with protein and good carbs not treats!!!! Don't know what else can be stopping you losing.

I already upped the calories Molly from 1,300 to between 1,500-1,600. First two weeks -4lbs. Next two weeks +2lbs ... Just gotta wait till next Thursday to see what these two weeks bring. I've cut out alcohol these two weeks too do hopefully I can get a half decent result. Otherwise I'd say there's something seriously wrong!

Maybe just a plateau and the result will be good this week! Fingers crossed for you.

Today was double figure mileage!! It all feels so real now. Just another 3.1miles on top of today and theres my half marathon! Todays run was a bit of a struggle. I ran the saltram route with that dreaded hill. I let it beat me today and walked the top 1/3rd but i'm determined I will own that hill and I will not let it slow me down as much as it did today, so, every run now, where possible will include that hill.

Only 6weeks to go!

Todays run:

10miles
1:53:05
11:19avg pace
1,387cals burnt

Wednesday 18th April

D- ham, lettuce, elf mayo wrap 237

My goodness .... you're incredible!! Words fail me .. :) xxx

Awww! If only, I have just scoffed a jamaica cake mini loaf thingy at 146cals ... I would have probably been more satisfied with a crunchie for just 40cals more!

Well done on the run. Six weeks will fly by. It seems like no time at all since you started training for the half marathon. Great work, Tanya.

I hope the 6weeks don't fly by I'm not sure I'm ready yet!! :giggle:

I didn't realise you had a diary. Hope you don't mind me popping in :)

Well done on getting into double figures for your mileage Tanya, only a couple more to go and you are there. Those 6 weeks will fly by though, Molly's right! You will conquer that hill next time, you've done it before so you can definitely do it again (and again, and again etc.)!!

Of course not Shazz! :)

I don't want the 6weeks to go fast, nice and slow would do me just fine! :giggle:

Been sooooooooooo hungry today. How I havent scoffed everything in site is beyond me!
