Today went really well for me
Met my dad for the first time in 12 years, was a little awkward at times but that’s to be expected.
overall was good.

Managed to find a digital kitchen scale finally woo.
So I made up 4 portions of fruit salad ready for the next days to come.

Today was good was nice weather outside so was nice to open the window and let the sun in.

Exercised a little on the oculus again today and took a nice bath with radox afterwards.

I had my heating on yesterday as it was a miserable day here. Looks like it's going to be the same today.:(

Any plans for today?
 
Went out for a little walk before heading to the store
Not a big shop or anything just picked up some diet cherry Pepsi. Would of preferred coke. Though lol.
Weather was nice and the sky looks so beautiful must be the lack of cars on the road or something?

I also took the plunge and took a selfie *Gulp* for a meetup group so once this is over can start to walk and socialize with people.

Today the weather was nice and had a nice walk to the shops to get more foods for the rest of the week
Had my weigh in this morning and came to 3lb loss :)
