I ordered new boots from another company in new condition German para boots and they are lovely.
haven’t walked in them yet but they will need some breaking in for sure.
been soaking in polish all day and just been bulling them for an hour and already they are starting to look good 😁

I also got a ribeye for dinner today only to find out that it’s turned into some sort of paste?? What the hell. It’s due to go bad on the 2nd of June! Will be taking it back tomorrow.
So I had a sirloin instead, big band of gristle grrr but the actual meat was tasty.

Went for a wee hike to the local hills today
Day 1of breaking in these boots lol, feet got blisters and the muscles are sore now but that was expected.

Was hard conditioning myself go walk up such steep inclines my legs left like iron lmao.
If I do that at least once a week to get used to it again I should be good.

will definitely be going to aldi tomorrow to hand in that steak, hopefully pick up some more chicken.
I also recommend the chilli beef kebabs at least from Aldi omg soo good. I’m finding it hard to believe they are 130 calories each or so.
But I’ll take it. Even if it is more than that I’m sure my body is going to appreciate it.

might have some slight bruising on the bone but it’s ok.
My other weak knee has been more unstable also but fighting through and going to take it easy and like @Ravenous said to stick to flat terrain untill I’m healed more.

It’s weird to describe lol but normally it’s got some pork mixed through to give it some fat. closest I can say is like sausage almost?
i would imagine it would be really nice if they used lamb instead of pork.

Ha! Me too used to eat a bunch of watermelon when I was in turkey, never had a melon or figs for for that matter taste as good as it did there.

once this lockdown gets more restrictions lifted I’ll see if I can get the drone out again and see what shots I can get :D

Got a wee bit paranoid that I’m still not eating enough did a wee sneaky check on the scales and it’s been another good loss from upping it to 1400

Dont want to risk losing muscle mass anymore than I have too, so I’m going to up my calories to 1500-1600 or so. And see how it goes.

Hi, It sounds like you are doing really well. 😊 It’s sometimes difficult to know how to get the right calorie balance isn’t it? I never know which way to go for the best. Sounds like you know what you’re doing though! Hope you have a good loss at the end of the week.

Thank you! And I know right hard not to be a little anxious upping the calories more but I know in my head that for me it’s the way to go.

Went for a long walk today playing Pokémon go in the woods. Must have been at least 5 miles in a circle lol.

Bought myself a Fitbit so will be interesting to see how it can keep track of my steps, heart rate etc
Should be here tomorrow.
