Today’s weight was 16.2 1/4 need To get a shift on to see a loss on sat.

Finding it hard with u not around have no one to report to haha . On the plus side went into supermarket today where I used to work and everyone I saw said how good I looked and asked how much weight I’d lost

Morning hope your having a lovely time.

I’m on countdown lol. Didn’t weigh today , had beans and 3 rounds of toast for breakfast at 11 plan is that will last me all day hopefully. 600 cals would do me nicely need to hardly eat anythin if going to see a loss on Saturday. Currently still mega full and got go food shopping now. Hoping will be a rush when I’m back and straight to work haha

I was like that before I came away. Thinking if I have the minimum it’ll help but then knowing if I want something else later that’s ok.

Ive just had lunch which was a cheese, salad cob, it was lush. I’m worried I’m eating too much bread though.
 
I had a choc doughnut from Lidl lol Olivia was driving me insane around The shop.

Prob at about 1000 now for day lol. Oh well

That’s my downfall abroad all the fresh bread it’s amazing. Il have a roll every time I eat haha
 
See what I mean 16.4 today so I gained 3lb for having a Mac ds on Monday cause been good since. I went out for dinner on wed but only thing I had all day. Maybe it’s fluid caise it’s deffo not food.
 
I would try to be good one week bad the next but after next week we have friends and more family staying with us so won’t teally be doable. So I’m just trying to be as good as I can and make the right choices where possible. I’ve been good so far, probably within my calories each day, especially if I count walking calories.

It sound like you’re could be hormones or water, how much have you lost or gained so far this week?

Iv gained 3lb since sat, it’s a total joke . I’m goin be lucky now if I even see 15s next week 🙈

Last night I had chinese 😂 dread to think what they say now feeling huge. I thort stuff it il have treat last night and then today got a full week to be good .
 
Ye Iv felt like this all last week and I do think a lot is water gain so hopefully shift soon. If the scales don’t move it’s bad for me just makes me want to eat.

This week should be alright tho I’m out Monday with nan for day so will be having lunch out. Then nothin else planned for week really goin catch up on ironing so don’t have loads when I’m back lol. Il struggle Friday night cause he breaks up Friday but il be strong . Final week off this journey bring it on 23 weeks Iv been doin this for I’m sure il survive 1 last week
