Has anyone made any and got a recipe - i'd love to make/have some but I don't have a blender or anything similar?!

Thanks

Hi

I make myself chunky veg soup as follows.

I use bouillion for the stock and add onions, celery, butternut squash, leek, carrots & swede. But you can use any no point veg you like. I add a few mixed herbs and sea salt and black pepper to taste.

Just chuck it all in the pan bring to the boil and simmer.

It's a lifesaver having a pan of no point soup on the go!

You can buy really cheap stick blenders or actual blenders these days. Stick ones are around £5 in tesco, normal ones £10. Okay they are only Value ones but do the job.

I can't stand chunky soup *shudders*!!!!

I very rarely buy smooth soup anyway so I would prefer chunky anyway I think! I think the sticks would make alot of mess and put me off! Haha! x

Thanks guys xxx

Ohh I couldn't have lumpy soup either!! :) a stick blender is a god send!

Get one of the stick blenders, I find if it has some texture to it it fills you up more
