1 Day at a Time

I watched an epsiode of I Used to be Fat the other week and the trainer had the young lad write on his wall every morning something along the lines of "With courage, perserverance and determination I will achieve greatness". And he did so I am using it as my motto :)


I lost 1.5 stone last year and with various things that have gone on since summer last year I am back to square one (and taking control now so it doesn't get worse!). I am back on it on day 1.

B - yogurt
L - spinach, tomato, rocket, celery, radish, cottage cheese.

Well my weigh in is tonight. I put on last week due to basically stuffing my face with Easter eggs and birthday cake. I hope I have lost that this week though.
