orrrr well done. i know i've lost 13 lb in 2 weeks. your're right your clothes do feel better don't they? mine come straight off my waist and my love handles are starting to shrink round my back (if you know what i mean) my legs are still big at the top though, so i have this gaping hole at the back of my trousers. i can get into my size 18 with my big pants (you know the cycling short type) but when i sit down i have a line round my thigh. not a nice sight for my work chums. so i'm thinking myabe in the next week or so i might get into them and feel a bit better. my 20's are trailing on the floor with the waist being big. look a bit of a rag but hey!! i won't when i'm buying my 14's. keep up the good work i thing this diets fab. although my work mates can't understand why i'm doing, as in just drinking shakes and no food. they are all doing slimming world. i ate too much on that though. i know the food was free but i think i kickd the arse out of it. good luck in you next 2 coming off quick.
