I might try making a low fat version and see how it goes. It would be worth being naughty for though, yum yum.x

I can't bake or cook very well but it's so easy! look up Easy Rocky Road and its on the All Recipes site! Theres a Rocky Road Cheesecake too..mmm!

Just had a look. I've got family coming next weekend so will make it then. That way i can have a small bit and not have to eat the left overs

Food Diary! Wednesday 15/01/14
Breakfast - 2 naughty spar rhubarb crumble yoghurts :'( Not even looking at the syns as they're 10+
Lunch - Half a ham and cheese sandwich (HEX A, B)
Dinner - Syn free chicken madras curry with onions, passata, garlic, rice, curry powder.
Snacks - Carrot sticks and cucumber and 5 syn popchip crisps :'(
