That's amazing! I know as i head for the 5 stone marker myself that when I started i doubted i could lose 2 stone.. I'm sure you were probably the same

Really major change being a size 12 i'd expect! well done!!
You did better than me in the hotel too.. i'd have said 'sod it' and worried about the diet when i got home! lol

It's amazing how different we feel and act after losing so much weight - and the painful journey is soooo worth it isn't it??

You'll be in your size 10's before you know it girl!!! I didnt stay in a 12 for very long at all !!!

I am getting so close
I will be in the 10's this week
As I have been 100% I cant wait to eat chicken
The plan is Nov.12th
my 4 year wedding anv. is the 16th and then american thanksgiving is on the 24
So my time has been very good!!!!!!!!
On to GL for life.
