Maintenance 10 stone lost - thank you Atkins!

Well managed to finally to lose these stubborn lbs that for over a year now have prevented me from hitting my 10 stone weight loss but this morning the scales tipped over nicely & takes me too, 141lbs lost!

Thank you Atkins for giving me my life back, my kids a mum who can do stuff with them, my husband a wife who has a spring in her step & a woe that not only has given me a fantastic weight loss but a way of maintaining that is simple & easy!
