Total Solution 10 weeks, no food .... a new slimmer me

well first day has gone ok (its almost over because i get up at 4 bed 8.30 lol). no hunger pains or craving for food but ive got a killer headache now so ive taken 2 ibupurofen, filled up my pint glass with water and have just gotten in a red hot bubble bath : ) bring on tomorrow and the next 10 weeks

I'm on day 14 and i felt light-headed for the first 2/3 days! after that it gets alot easier i promise!! !

Light headedness, sore head, and a bad case of the chills - sounds like the first few days of a low carb diet to me lol!

morning everyone. woke up this morning feeling loads better!!! had a very realistic dream where i ate a bag of cola cubes (i hate cola cubes) and was worried about affecting ketosis lol nutter!! well here goes day two

I dream about eating food that i don't like too! I had a dream that i was eating like chillies and curry and i can't stand curry! I see it as your body getting rid of food thoughts!! Well done on your first couple of days!!

day 3 and going good. my exante shakes arrived today, ive been finishing off my lipotrim shakes. just had my first exante shake (vanilla) and it was not what i expected. it was nice and creamy without being overly sweet : ) totally different to the awful powdery lumpy lipotrim shakes. im really glad i decided to make the change. bring on day 4 and hopefully ketosis to get this fat burning x x

day 7!! already weighed in on saturday for the challenge and had lost 11lbs : )

seem to be coping which is good. ive been completely 100%.

i have a work lunch tomorrow though which is rubbish but no way out of it. food had to be preordered and i ordered a chicken salad with no dressing so ill hopefully stay in ketosis.

9 weeks 3 days til my holiday : )

just had my 2nd weigh in and ive lost another 5.5 lbs : ) i am very happy as this has brought me into the 14s for the first time in years and its totm so wasnt expevting a big loss. ive also started the 30 day shred this morning as its just over 8 weeks til my holiday and i need some serious toning!!!! normally i do davinas body buff dvd and thought i was doing quite well!!! started the shred and i only managed 2/3 of stage one before being completely knackered and wobbly ha ha. im determined to do it everyday and hopefully soon ill be able to complete stage one with ease!! bring on week three x
