I'm celebrating getting my 10% today!!! I lost 3lbs this week and i' thrilled to bits! I've ly got 1.5lbs to go and i'll get my 1.5st sticker... it's all that bit TOO easy at the moment, wonder when i'll snap and fall face first onto a tray of Greggs sausage rolls?

It's my holiday in 9 weeks now and only 11lbs to go. I think.... I THINK I may just bleedin well do it!!!!

Good luck for getting yours!!!!

I started on the 2nd January at 13st 1.5lbs, and my target before I go on holiday would be in the 10's, so 10st 13.5 would see me a very happy bunny! My goal is 10st (i'm 5ft 7") but in a dream i'd absolutely LOVE to be 9st 9lbs - all single figures but I think after having twins i'll be very lucky.

My hubby said he'll pay for a tummy tuck if I can get to 10st so thats something to aim for!

I prefer green days but I don't know whether it's due to my PCOS or whether it's just "me" I always have 4 red days at the end of the week to clear the stodgy carbs out my system. Other than that i'm having on average 5-10 syns a day and I try to make sure I have at least one fruit salad a day. I'm also doing plenty of walks and last week did 3 walks totalling about 12 miles or so?

I don't know how long this will go on for, at some point it'll slow right down I dare say, but at the moment i'm sticking to my winning formula!
