Hello all, well I hit 32 days at 100% and today I'm out! I have a meal with the OH tonight and it is going to be off plan so I will return tomorrow nd begin my quest again :)

No carry on - as long as you planned it and acknowledged it in advance I thin k we can handle it!! I'm now on Step 3 (combination of my operation and moving up the plans as close to goal) but as far as I am concerned I am still 100% because I am still following the plan 100% - just a different level of it. I am determined to get to gaol and be able to say I stuck 100% to the CD plan the whole way through ;-)

just looked at the numbers and realised I'm up to a total of 193 days now - all 100% - eek and 8 lbs to go. Just as well I checked as I have been feeling really hungry this PM and was probably on my way to a food wobble - refocused now ;-)

The first time I lost 100 pounds I hit my goal on my 29th birthday !!!!!! this time I hope it is my 50th birthday !!!and it looks like it might happen.

Hi.
Unfortunately I have failed.

Finished day 95, but I fainted twice on the train to work this morning. Very scarey, very embarrassing. I crumpled to the floor, couldn't see or hear and was extremely hot. (yet still no one offered me a seat - that's the friendly London commuters for you)

My OH force fed me porridge and diet coke when I got to London to try and up my blood sugar.

Feel a bit shaken. Very lucky OH was with me this morning. I normally travel alone. Not sure what I'll do for food the rest of the day yet.
 
Glad your OH was with you stick to water and maybe a nice salad with chicken/fish/ prawns have a good large amount.

And take it easy please.. I did read your post on another thread last night..

Hope you feel better soon x
