Good Afternoon All,
I saw one of these which started a while ago and people seem to have been finding it useful.
I have worked out that 100 days will take me to:
Saturday 13th August!
I wanna do it 100% for 100 days - WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT THAT WOULD BE.
I would start today (even though I was 100% yesterday) and I will slowly be counting it down...I reckon it would take me to a great weight loss too!
Is anyone with me?
I won't bother doing a chart with a countdown - I think just regular updates after 1 week and we can see from there...
