well thats day 2 as good as gone - just got to go to a committee meeting and then home to bed. I know i'll finish today good ! Posting now as running a craft class tomorrow and haven't done the projects for it yet so guess its going to be a 5 am start tomorrow ;-(

6lb down!! Now 13.10. Goal 12st (I am 5ft 11 so that weight is good or me). To be honest i had hoped it would be more......but i had been half heartedly doing ss+ with left over packs for a week or so - maybe that is why the weight loss was not dramatic. I am feeling the need to eat something....but will stick to shake tonight and then bed before i really cave in!! Next weigh in next Tuesday .....good luck for the next week!!

6 lbs gone - thats great - well done. I'm hoping for a good week this week as its my restart week but you never know with this diet ;-)
