I know this isn't for everyone - but I found this thread kept me accountable earlier in the year when I SS'd for 100 days.

I am going to SS from today (Day 1) right up until the Xmas party season (1st December).

Never too late, but we're counting days here, not weight - so: how many days are you planning to stay on plan for? For me, my target is the date I have to start stepping into maintenance, because I plan to SS over Xmas, but for other people their target is until Xmas eve, or their holiday, or another planned break.

So work out how many days you plan to be 100% on your chosen plan (doesn't have to be SS), and everytime you complete a day without cheating, copy the list and add one to your number of successful days.

So I'm just about to change "93/197" to "94/197", because I was successful yesterday for the 94th day in a row.
