So I'm still way off my Christmas target - but given the antibiotics, serious dental work and the number of occasions I have resisted eating/drinking - overall I am happy with my progress!

Just 8 days to go! Fingers crossed I can get an amazing 4lbs in the next 8 days? I'm desperate to get to the 11st 7lb point! :) If not, I am in two minds as to whether to extend SSing for a few more days til I get there! I feel I have deserved my break, by being 100%, but I just want that little bit more loss. I want a 7lb buffer to cover my glycogen gain plus any December gains! I NEVER want to be more than 12st ever again! Dilemma's dilemma's :)

(ooh and if I can squeeze out 5lbs I hit my 5stone!!!!)
