don;t do much in the bare feet so not sure. there are times that one side is sorer than the other, but nothing to much. When i used to walk to work every day (years ago) I did find that though. I'd say its grand, ur probably just using more muscle in the leg that isn;t used to it. Unless its painful, I'm sure its ok. And I can;t imagine ur building up one side more than the ohter. Try googling it- thats what I do with everyhting!!!
 
quick question, open to everyone... when you're running/jogging, do you feel as though one leg gets more of a workout than the other? my right calf always seems to take more of the pressure (i run/jog with no shoes as i do it around the house with the wii remote in my pocket :eek:) and i don't want my left calf to feel neglected!! xxx

Not noticed this myself (I also run bare foot around my house!!) Maybe one leg is stronger than the other, I have noticed this when doing balancing and toning exercises.
 
i always feel my right leg, doesnt matter what i do gets sore more than the other....

Just did 20 minutes jogging on the wii after a nice long 3 mile walk with the children. We will all sleep well tonight! May do some more tonight after the children have gone to bed! I am finding it much easier than I did at the start of the month. I must be getting fitter!
