After eating a Easter egg last night even tho my tummy hurt cos i was so full before i even opened the easter egg i still managed the entire 1900 cals of chocolate!!
so have decided to do 100% days mon to thursday next week. (am away this weekend and next so cant guarantee 100% for weekends, plus its out treat days right!?)

anyone else wanna join in!?
i'm thinking most of you already have 100% days most of time, but then, i guess, it'd be an easy challenge!

im in lili! dont worry about the easter egg, its great that u can just put it behind u and then concentrate on being good for the rest of the week! xx

ooohh i so need this 100% 4 days.. i've eaten 2 more easter eggs.. theory was i am going to eat them some day, so why not now!
had indian meal friday.. and far too much alcohol, surprise cocktails are not a clever idea!
sat morn had a fry up, also had lunch out and chinese takeaway in the eve. Oh and a huge slice of cake... today had slimfast breakfast and then went to town and lunch in starbucks again
any idea how many cals are in the drinks at starbucks?

this eve having a pizza and tomorrow we're all in for 100% diet!
think i have prob but on the weight i lost for the april challenge, so perhaps i will have to undo that goal unless i am back by end of this month - am not weighing myself until end of April, 11 days to go!!

I cant wait for our 100% Mon - Thursday. I have been very bad these past few days and i'm very worried i have put on some of my last loss :cry: Its my TOTM and that is when i do normally find it hard to stick to the plan but as from tomorrow i am going to be a very good slimfaster, who knows i may even go for a wii fit jog.

i hear what you're saying sass :sigh: i've been so bad i'm dreading weigh in on thursday. i'm hoping as i've been 100% since friday it should even out how bad i was. i also find totm is the worst time for me as i get a chocolate craving big time let alone being crabby as well:8855:

Hi Cat, when its your totm its not unusual to gain 1 or 2 lbs which is more than likely down to water retention. Oh yes sparkel my house will tell you all about my grumps, though i have found my pmt isn't so bad since i have been on a diet, its a shame that during this time i have a hard time sticking to my diet. Yesterday was a very bad day for me food wise but i'm going to forget about that and be 100% till weigh in.

I thought so but I lost 4lbs and it was my TOTM! I wonder if I will lose more this week?

So how is everyone doing on this lovely spring 100% day we are having ? I'm doing okay so far, I've had both my shakes now, a plum for morning snack, still got my afternoon snack but will wait till after 3ish, I have also had 1.5lts of water so far. Hope your all doing well xx

Thanks! I hope I doo see another good loss this week! I ha\ven't even had my first shake yet! I'm going to and make it now!

yeah i think first 100% day went well. I had shake for breakfast and lunch with a pear and banana as my snacks and then had risotto for tea and marshmallows and angel delight for pudding :)
hopefully wont have anything else!
hope you have all had good days too.
