Yes except it made me feel hungry! You don't realise until you stand back up that you HAVE worked! Remedied it by getting straight onto drinking water. I always make sure I drink a litre before I allow myself my morning shake anyway.

I shall be later doing mine tomorrow. I have 3 hours dance classes in the morning first! I am either going to be slim and healthy or end up killing myself! lol
 
I've not been feeling well today. I did manage 50+50 earlier and will see if I feel ok to do some more later but if I don't I am happy with he fact I have at least done half of my daily target whilst feeling so rough.

Soz Nikki! Updated now! I wasn't on here long over weekend because I wasn't well. I stuck at the 50+50 Saturday and didn't do any Sunday. I still wasn't well but had dance competition anyway. I still felt rough this morning but been ok all afternoon and have just got my 100+100 done!

Mine ached on day 3. I thought I had perhaps I had done too many to start with but it eased by following day and been fine since. I can feel it 'pull' when I use the sit-on exerciser but it doesn't hurt or ache afterwards so must be ok now!
