HONK Feels great to be back on plan. Was 100% yesterday and today for the first time in ages. I weigh on Thursdays and got into an awful habit of binge eating junk on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Then i would panic on Sunday and be extra good until weigh in day came back around. But after having two great day I'm finally kicking that habit in the but. So not worth it when i can enjoy nice things everyday and have a loss so hopefully i can keep on track now :) :)
