I am on day 1 of the Fast Forward plan and HAVE to do it 100% for the whole week, including the 3 pints of water a day! Doing well so far, 16 hours in!
I'm also on day 4 of 100%
Usually I save my syns up for the weekend but then inevitably end up going over so I've promised myself to do a week 100% - going to struggle with that bottle of wine calling me on Saturday though!
Well, would love to add mine, but after 4 weeks of healthy eating and giving up driving for walking almost every where, iv'e lost a grand total of 0lbs. I could so cry.
